Dry Fruits Laddu

Ingredients

Almonds ( chopped)-1/2 Cup
Walnuts(chopped)- ½ cup
Seedless Dates( chopped)- 2 cups
Pumpkin seeds-1/2 cup
Figs Chopped- 1cup
Cashews- ½ cup
Cardamom-1tsp


Method
  • Roast all the nuts and pumpkin seeds till it turns to light brown color and set aside till it gets cooled. Blender those nuts once or twice (don’t make it powder).
  • Use quality dates that will make your laddu tastier, Mix all fresh seedless dates and figs as well.
  • Add the nuts mixture into dates, figs and finally add cardamom and mix it equally.
  • Take the mixture and make balls and enjoy with your Diwali with family.
