Yam-100gms
Potato (Peeled and diced )-100gms
Beans (Peeled and diced ) -100gms
Raw banana (diced) -100gms
Asafoetida -1/2tsp
Oil - 1/2
Cumin -1/2 tsp
Ingredient for Muthiya
Chickpea flour -2cups
Kasoori methi -1tsp
Redchilli -1tsp
Sathri (or) lemon flower -1tsp
Sugar -1tsp
Oil -2tsp
Salt to taste
Ingredient for Masala
Coconut (grated )-1tsp
Coriander powder -3tsp
Cumin Powder -1/2tsp
Fresh coriander (chopped)
Turmeric powder -1/2tsp
Red chili powder -1/2tsp
Salt for taste
Method
- Lightly fry all the vegetables and keep aside.
- To prepare muthiya, put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it well.
- Make small balls from this mixture and fry till it gets golden brown color.
- To prepare the masala, mix all the ingredients keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add asafoetida and cumin seeds.
- Now add t masala mixture and cook for few mins.
- Finally, add all the vegetables and muthiya balls, Cook till done.
